How it holds up

Data residency & compliance

EU-hosted, tamper-proof, framework coverage.

Logpacer is a managed, EU-hosted service. You get data residency, an immutable audit trail, and framework coverage you can show an auditor — without running storage or an observability cluster yourself.

Where your data lives

Logpacer runs on European infrastructure — Hetzner and Scaleway, across Germany, the Netherlands and France — and your telemetry stays in-region. Sovereignty here doesn't require you to self-host to achieve it; it's the default of the managed service.

A record you can prove

Everything you collect is written to immutable storage, so the audit trail can't be rewritten after the fact — not even by your own engineers. Because Logpacer operates that store, the people who run your applications aren't the people who could alter the history of what those applications did. That separation is hard to get when you operate the storage yourself.

Frameworks, organised not enforced

The compliance presets — GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CFCS — group the relevant log categories and carry their tags through to retention and audit, so coverage is legible and documented. They organise and evidence your coverage; they don't auto-enforce collection or stand in for your own compliance judgement.
